1. How long i can get the dog collar samples when i place a sample order? How long we can received the bulk goods?

We can ship the samples out within 3-5 days after confirm the detailed order with you. Generally, we will ship the samples out via DHL, UPS or FedEx so that you can get the samples within 5 days. For bulk goods, if time is not urgent, we suggest you to ship them out by sea which is much cheaper than by air, it needs 25-30 days after shipping out. If you need them urgently, we can deliver them out by air or by express, 10-15 days by air and 5-7 days by express delivery.

2. How can i place a bulk order if i approve the samples?

If you like the samples and approve them when you received, you can tell us the details of your bulk order like quantity, color and your expected lead time, we will create an invoice to do the payment. 30% deposit to start production, When all goods are finished and ready to ship. We will share you photos and videos of goods. Then, you do the 70% balance payment before shipping out.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

For sample order, we accept Paypal, T/T, For real bulk order, only T/T is acceptable.

4. How can I guarantee the product quality when i place an order to you?

First, We ensure the quality of raw materials from source suppliers. Our incoming material suppliers have cooperated with us for over 10 years, and they maintain stable performance both in raw material quality and delivery schedules.Upon arrival at our factory, each batch of materials is subject to quantity and quality inspections by dedicated quality control staff, which guarantees compliance with product quality requirements from the source.In the meantime, we will send you photos or videos for confirmation prior to sewing each component (e.g., buckles and D-rings). Professional inspectors conduct checks at every production stage, and we also provide you with unscheduled photos and videos to ensure that all products are under our strict quality control.
